Fix for Read only notebook on sharepoint (aka OneDrive For Business)

Thought I'd plug this here:
A number of people have reported having notebooks mysteriously show up as read-only on Sharepoint. The bug responsible has been fixed, but requires you do the following to trigger the "magic" repair process:
1.Visit your OneDrive for Business. Address is usually TENANT-my.sharepoint.com.
2.Upload any file. Triggers Magic.
3.Magic happens. Takes a period of time.
4.Right click and force sync the notebook, which triggers a full hierarchy update
Notebook should be editable.
